Till Rabus
Born in Neuchâtel in 1975, Till Rabus is a Swiss artist known for his oil paintings that blend surrealism and hyperrealism, set in mysterious and captivating scenes. The uniqueness of his work lies in the representations he creates: an unusual assortment of inanimate objects that today’s consumerist and decaying society leaves behind. In his more recent work, he has often focused on the objectification of the female body, frequently portrayed as a set of abstract pieces, reflecting the dryness and coldness of human emotions and romantic relationships. Throughout his career, he has exhibited his works worldwide, both in solo and group exhibitions, alongside other established artists like John Isaacs and Zheng Delong.
